Included in the map collection are 228 world, regional, country, state, county, city, and trip maps from various collections housed at the Russell Library. Several of the maps were originally framed and hung in Senator Richard B. Russell's office. The map collection consists of the marjority of the maps housed in the Russell Library; however, there are additional maps that may be found in the individual collection finding aids.
